I know its been a while since I have posted, but I have started this new adventure in my life.... some phrases that I have not heard but seem to be widely used are "in the pudding club" and "up the duff."  To me these terms seem to have a slightly different meaning.  When I heard "in the pudding club"  I thought cool like a wine of the month club?  Next I hear the Homer Simpson in my head say huhu pudding.  Note that I am pretty sure that he is thinking of a rather gross alcholic beverage, and for those of you that are wondering NO Homer Simpson does not make it into my thoughts often.  Now that I am looking at it I think that the name of that alcholic beverage that Homer likes so much is Duff.  I have no idea what else a duff could me.  Nieve of me?  Maybe.
So for those of you that have no clue what I am talking about, the term that I know, I have a bun in the oven!  Or as Ross calls it .... "we have a poppy seed"  Thats about how big the child is right now.  Can you image a poppy seed is giving me a back ache from hell, and gas from a waste treatment plant?  Yeah, it is hard for me to.
So now I wait for the pet names that are to come.  Among the first are poppy, and fuzzy.  The ladder is due to the inherited fur coat that the little one might be developing.  Stay tuned for what fun is to come.

Above is the third home pregnancy test that I have taken, and I am finally thinking that it's not just a fluke.  The first two were $1 tests from the Dollar Tree, and they both had a pink line that was very dark and then one that made me think I was imagining things.   No worries though, the tests with words are idiot proof.

Wow Kitty... how did you get yourself into this mess?

This is what Ross and I came home to last night. All of the fishing poles had been knocked over in the garage, and this little guy was running around with this through his lip. Yep that's right its a treble hook! Luckily only one of the hooks was actually hooked. All it took was a couple strong guys and a sharp pair of tin snips (THANKS JOHN!) and this kitty is as good as new. Well maybe not new, but at least there isn't anything sharp stuck in her lip!

What happened to posting again?

Wow, where did the time go? Why did I stop doing this again?

Lots has happened, so to not overwhelm you, or merely bore you... lets do this in list format.

1) two babies about to make there grand entrance... Corby; Our first baby nephew due tomorrow, and Madylin; John and Tara's little girl due in a few weeks

2) I excepted a new job with Michelin, or which I start next Monday....

OK so maybe there was no need for a list, and I should of just let you know what was going on right now.

I started weight watchers for the second time last night! I am super excited about it, but also very worried that I will be wasting my money. It worked last time, so I figure it will work again. My first goal is to lose the 12 lbs that I gained back from my first big loss. Let me know if you all have any words of inspiration!

"We're so wrapped up with egotistical things, career, family, having enough money, meeting the mortgage, getting a new car, fixing the radiator when it breaks - we're involved in trillions of little acts just to keep going. So we don't get into the habit of standing back and looking at our lives saying, Is this all? Is this all I want? Is something missing?" Tuesdays with Morrie

This is a book that has some really great insight to life. I know that I am very guilty of this, are you? Its so hard to stand back and look into something that you are right in the center of!

I know when I look at my life there is something missing, but its not in the plans yet. There are certain things that I want to do before other things. So does the quote referenced above have more relevance at a certain age, or at a particular point in one's life?

I encourage you to stand back and look, you will gain, if nothing else, a whole different perspective!
