This is a book that has some really great insight to life. I know that I am very guilty of this, are you? Its so hard to stand back and look into something that you are right in the center of!

I know when I look at my life there is something missing, but its not in the plans yet. There are certain things that I want to do before other things. So does the quote referenced above have more relevance at a certain age, or at a particular point in one's life?

I encourage you to stand back and look, you will gain, if nothing else, a whole different perspective!

Flowers

What is it about flowers that make me so happy?!

These showed up on my birthday, from my mother. I don't know what it is about flowers and how they brighten even the worst of days. I know these sure made my day!

For those of you that do not know me, I am a very religious person. Jesus Christ is my lord and savior and my best friend. I love him more then anyone, and I am who I am because of Him.


When I was in high school, which mind you was only 5 years ago, I had a boyfriend whose family was very involved in church. I got invited to the summer bible camp, and there I received Christ as my Lord and Savior.

I have been though valleys and sored on mountaintops with him. Ross and I have been in the Ardmore Area for about two years now, and we are having so much trouble finding a church to call home! When we lived in San Antonio, we were members of the Bethel Methodist Church of the Hill Country, and loved them! They love the truth and that is so hard to find these days.

I have been to sixteen churches to date and it is shocking how many don't even read from the bible! I have been going to a Baptist Church that we really like the people, Sunday school is great, but I really have a really hard time with the "once saved always saved" and "your going to sin, no one is perfect" teachings that Baptist have. I cannot find anywhere in the bible that says that you are going to sin, or that it is impossible to live a sin free life! Jesus was put on earth as man and struggled with man. He lived a life sin free and died on the cross for our sins. Through him we CAN live a life free of sin. We choose to sin, or not to. So I am currently struggling with what to do. I am never going to find a Bethel in Southern Oklahoma. So do I live with being told that I cannot st ear clear of sin, or do I keep looking? For now I continue to PRAY, and hope that God's timing for an answer is sooner rather then later!
